There are so many places to see, experience, wander through, learn from- one could could get lost in the mere thought of the exploration. My top ten dream destinations represent the very best of that. A cultural je ne sais quoi, these are the places which have tugged on my heartstrings and beckoned me with their call to explore!

I have to tell you guys that it took some serious effort for me to pair down my travel bucket list to these top ten destinations! There are so many places that I want to go, see, and in which I would love to immerse myself. There is something so magical about travel- the novelty and freeing feeling of no deadlines, no expectations, just experience. There is something so simple, serene about taking a deep breath and choosing to live in the moment especially when that moment is in a new, exciting, relaxing, or joy-filled place.
As a new traveler, my viewpoint may be somewhat naive, and yet the simplicity, the lack of understanding or expectations makes the magic all that much more real- alluring, enticing and so much more palpable. Sometimes, we get so caught up in the logistics, the planning, the travel tips, the flights and connection concerns, the bookings and reservations that we forget to stop. To pause and be still. To breathe. To take in the moment and the amazing beauty that surrounds us, the culture that engulfs us, and the people with whom we get to share that experience.
Knowledge is power. And the knowledge we obtain from traveling is widespread. They say variety is the spice of life and what better way to experience that than through the diversity one can experience through exploration. So go. Try the food. Visit the museum. Stroll the piazza or walk along the Seine. Lose the guidebooks and ask the locals. Forget the itinerary and let your heart and stomach and eyes lead you. You won't be disappointed.
Appreciate the Adventure!
Sincerely,
Claire Moore
